That the Heritage Advisory Committee receive Report HER-2025-006 for information. That the Heritage Advisory Committee recognizes the heritage attributes meet the criteria threshold for designation, however given the extensive evidence the Heritage Advisory Committee advises Council to take no further action with respect to the notice of intent to demolish or remove a structure from 342 Kettleby Road. That the Owner provide documentation of the structure to Heritage Staff before removal of the structure and that commemorative measures are considered to acknowledge the site’s historical importance
