That Council state its intention to designate the property municipally known as 7 Church Street, Schomberg, under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act (OHA) in recognition of its cultural heritage significance, as identified by the Statement of Cultural Heritage Significance, and that Council direct staff to issue the Notice of Intent to Designate as required by the OHA. That if no objection is served on the Township Clerk within 30 days of the date of publication of the Notice of Intent to Designate, Staff bring forward to Council a by-law to designate 7 Church Street, Schomberg, and that a copy of the by-law be provided to the Owner and the Ontario Heritage Trust, and that notice be published on the Township website.
