That the agenda for the April 14, 2025, Council Meeting be approved as amended.

That the items listed herein under Section 7, Adoption of Minutes, all be approved and passed under consent.

That the March 17, 2025, Council Meeting Minutes be adopted.

That the April 7, 2025, Council Public Planning Meeting Minutes be adopted.

That Report Number ADM-OCAO-2025-001 be received for information.

That Council receive Report Number GMS-PL-2025-008. That Council direct Staff to review potential non-financial incentives for the ThinKING Green: Sustainable Development Program. That Staff report back to Council on non-financial incentive options in 2025.

That Council receive Report COM-HEC-2024-003. That Council adopt the Corporate Public Art Policy (COR-POL-115) as amended; and That an amendment to By-law 2021-046 to add a new reserve fund to establish a Public Art Reserve Fund as outlined in Appendix A to Report COM-HEC-2024-003 be approved.

That Council receive Report GMS-HER-2025-003 for information. That Council issue a Notice of Intent to Designate, the Schomberg Presbyterian Church at 313 Main Street under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act in recognition of its cultural heritage significance, as identified by the Statement of Cultural Heritage Significance included as Attachment 2 to Report GMS-HER-2025-003. That if no objection is served on the Township Clerk within 30 days of the date of publication of the Notice of Intent to Designate, that Council pass a by-law designating the Schomberg Presbyterian Church at 313 Main Street and a copy of the by-law be provided to the Owner and Ontario Heritage Trust, and notice published on the Township website.

That Report PW-CAP-2025-004 be received That Council enact By-law 2025-035 for the closure of 15th Sideroad between 10th Concession to Highway 27 from April 23, 2025, to July 18, 2025

That Council defer Report GMS-BY-2025-001 Discharge of Firearms and Bows By-law - Request for Exemption - 6610 King Road to its Regular Meeting on April 29, 2025.

That Council receive Report GMS-BY-2025-002 for information. That Council not extend the sign variance at 20620 Highway 11.

That Council receive Report GMS-BLD-2025-001 for information.

That Report GMS-PL-2025-009 be received; That Plan of Condominium Application CDM-21-K01 BE APPROVED subject to the Draft Plan Conditions attached as Appendix A; That Council authorize the Township Clerk to issue the required Notice of Decision for Draft Plan Approval.

That Report GMS-DEV-2025-003 be received. That Council enact By-law 2025-024 to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign an Amending Subdivision Agreement between the Township of King and Fandor Homes (Via Moto) Inc., when finalized to the satisfaction of the Director of Growth Management Services, to permit the Subdivision to be assumed by the Municipality in Phases.

That the items listed herein under Section 9, Communications, all be approved and passed under consent.

That the Member's Motion by Councillor Asselstine concerning Provincial Action on Salt Pollution from Road Salt be

1. That Council direct staff to allocate $1,000.00 from the Community Grants Program to support the 2025 Nature's Emporium Run for Southlake Hospital Foundation and Strides for Mackenzie Health.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, and Section 9 of Procedural By-law 2023-029, Council convene into Closed Session at 8:42 p.m. to consider the following items:

That Council reconvene from Closed Session at 9:15 p.m. into Open Session.

That items 13.1 and 13.2. be received, and that staff proceed as directed on items 13.1 and 13.2.

That Council read a first, second, and third time, and enact By-laws 2025-024, 2025-027, and 2025-035.
